PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 20(RE-2007) /2004-2009
NEW DELHI, DATED THE 17th July, 2007

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes following further amendments in Public Notice No.5 dated 17.5.2007: -

1. The total quantity of the raw sugar mentioned in paragraph 1 stands amended as 32626 MTs.
   
   1.2 The quantity of raw sugar to EU mentioned in paragraph 1(i) stands amended as 22626 MTs.
   
   
2. All other conditions remain the same.
   
   
3. This issues in public interest.
