NEW DELHI: Dated: 30 st June, 2008
S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred under section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule-I (Imports) to the ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2004-09:

The following shall be added at the end of Import Licensing Note no,

Inserted at the end of Chapter 25, vide Notification No. 17 (RE-2008)/ 2004-09 dated 27th June 2007:
“ and Policy Circular No.13 (RE-08)/2004-2009 dated 30.06.2008 .”
