Subject: Amendments in the Appendix 3B, Table 2 of the Merchandise Exports from
India Scheme (MEIS)
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03
of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-2020), the Director General of Foreign Trade
hereby makes the following amendments in the Appendix 3B, Table 2 of MEIS
notified vide Public Notice 61/2015-20 dated 07.03.2017 and as amended from time
to time.

Effect of this Public Notice: The MEIS Schedule, Appendix 3B – Table 2, has been
changed to align/harmonize it with the HS Codes as notified vide Notification
no. 38 dated 01.01.2020 and to implement the Notification no. 43 dated
29.01.2020.
