PUBLIC NOTICE No. 59 RE-2007) 2004-09
Dated: 4th October, 2007.

In exercise of power conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I):

1. In Appendix 14-I-A, the following clause shall be inserted :
   
   “V-A: Intermediate Products, if any, which are to be taken out for job work abroad as part of production process.”

2. In Appendix 14-I-E, after the words—
   
   “Item(s) of Production Annual capacity”, the following shall be inserted:
   
   “You are also permitted to take out for job work abroad the following intermediate products as part of production process:
