PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 69 (RE-2008)/2004-2009

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE2007) & (RE2008):
1. In Table 10 of Appendix 37A, the following VKGUY Product Code entries are corrected to read as under:

2. Consequently all live, chilled, dried, as well as all frozen marine products covered under Chapter 3, ITC HS Codes 1604 & 1605 are entitled for VKGUY benefits on exports made w.e.f 1.4.2007.
