Amendments in the Schedule 2 of ITC(HS)Chapter 25 (Quantities of Stone Aggregate and River Sand stand revised)

S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Paragraph 2.1 and 2.29 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import items, 2004-2009:-
In Chapter 25 of Schedule 2, the following may be added after export licensing note (a) :-
(b) For the financial year 2005-2006
(on annual basis)
The quantities of Stone Aggregate and River Sand stand revised as follows :-
Stone Aggregate: 3,80,000 MT
River Sand: 4,20,000 MT
(Above quantities of Stone Aggregate and River Sand stand revised vide NTF. No. 30/2004, DT. 17/03/2005)
"Pre-Revised-
Stone Aggregate : 2,70,000 MT
River Sand : 3,00,000 MT "
(Amended vide NOTIFICATION NO. 21/2004-09, DT. 10/02/2005)
"Pre-Revised Stone Aggregate: 1,90,000 MT
River Sand: 2,10,000 MT"
