Amendments to Public Notice No.65 dated 20.10.2006 regarding All Industry Rate of Drawback of Rs. 1050/- per MT for both HSD and Furnace Oil.

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby announces following corrections in Public Notice No.65 (RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 20.10.2006:-
In 4th line of Public Notice No.65 (RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 20.10.2006, the words “to EOU Units” shall be deleted.
This correction shall be deemed to be effective from 20.10.2006.
This issues in Public interest.
