Customs  Act,  1962  (52  of  1962),  the  Central  Government,  on  being  satisfied  that  it  is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the  notification  of  the  Government  of  India  in  the  Ministry  of  Finance  (Department  of Revenue)  No.  19-Customs,  dated  the  6th  February,  1965,  which  was  published  in  the Gazette of India vide S.O. 426 of the same date, namely :-

(i) in the preamble, for the word, brackets and number “column (2)”, the word, brackets and number “column (3)” shall be substituted;

(ii) for the TABLE, the following TABLE shall be substituted,   namely:-

(iii) after the TABLE, the first proviso shall be omitted;
