In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), read with Rule 13 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules 1995, the Central Government on the basis of the preliminary findings of the designated authority, published in the gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part- I, Section-I, dated the 8th August, 1996, that there is dumping in respect of Sodium Ferro cyanide originating from Peoples Republic of China, falling under sub-heading 2837.20 of the First Schedule to the said Act, hereby imposes on the said Sodium Ferro cyanide when exported by the exporters mentioned in the column(2) of the Table annexed to this notification and imported into India, an anti-dumping duty at the rate specified in column (3) of the said Table.
