In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):
(1) In Appendix 37A, under Product Code 09: Gram Udyog Products as detailed below are included for benefits under Vishesh Krishi and Gram Udyog Yojana:

Note: Only such products under product code 09.1 to 09.24 shall be entitled for benefits under the scheme which are either exported by KVIC/KVIB registered units or such exports are sourced from KVIC/KVIB registered units.
(2) In Sub Section VIII of Aayaat Niryaat Form, after entry at Sl.No.3 giving details of documents to be annexed for claiming benefits under the Scheme following shall be added:

Registration Certificate from KVIC/KVIB wherever the export product relates to Gram Udyog sector (In cases where the export unit is not registered with KVIC/KVIB but has sourced the product of export from KVIC/KVIB registered unit, a certificate to this effect issued by KVIC/KVIB unit along with registration certificate of such KVIC/KVIB registered unit shall be furnished).
