Applications for grant of GSP Certificate.

Attention of Trade is invited to the Public Notice No.22/2004-09 dated 08.11.2004 issued by DGFT vide which following note has been added at end of Sl.No.13 in Appendix 35 pertaining to the List of Agencies authorized to issue GSP certification.
"Note: An application for grant of a GSP Certificate may be made by the Registered/Head office/Branch Office/Factory of the applicant to the licensing authority under whose jurisdiction such office/factory falls."
In view of the above, this office will henceforth entertain only those applications, which are covered by the above stated note. Other applicants may approach concerned Licensing Authorities or the other Agencies mentioned in Appendix 35.
