Appointed Commissioner of Customs for Adjudicating Certain Matters

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, to act as Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo (Exports), New Delhi, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/S Handloom Only, 2, Panna Bhawan, Ansari Road, Daryaganj, New Delhi, and M/S Malvika Apparels, 2, Panna Bhawan, Ansari Road, Daryaganj, New Delhi, issued vide DRI F.No. 23/16/2002-DZU/115-120, dated the 31st December, 2003, by the Assistant Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
