ORDER 5/2013- Service Tax

New Delhi dated the 4^th October, 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 83 A of the Finance Act 1994, as amended read with notification 30/2005-Service Tax dated 10^th August 2005, as amended and notification 16/2007-Service Tax dated 19^th April, 2007, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby assigns to Dr. Ram Niwas, Commissioner of Central Excise, Mumbai II , the adjudication of the show cause notices,-

1. at S. Nos 1 to 40 of the following Table, answerable to the Commissioner of Service Tax-I Mumbai, issued to the assessees indicated in column(2) of the said Table and the details of which are indicated in columns ( 3) and (4) of the said Table, and
   
   
2. at S. Nos 41 to 100 of the said Table, answerable to the Commissioner of Service Tax-II Mumbai, issued to the assessees indicated in column(2) of the said Table and the details of which are indicated in columns ( 3) and (4) of the said Table.
