ORDER 6/2013- Service Tax
New Delhi dated the 4th October, 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 83 A of the Finance Act 1994, as
amended read with
notification 30/2005-Service Tax dated 10th August 2005, as
amended and
notification 16/2007-Service Tax dated 19th April, 2007, the Central
Board of Excise and Customs hereby assigns to the Commissioner of Central Excise
Hyderabad II , the adjudication of the show cause notices at S. Nos 1 and 2 of
the following Table, answerable to the Commissioner of Central Excise Guntur and
Commissioner of Central Excise Hyderabad III respectively, issued to the
assessee indicated in column(2) of the said Table and the details of which are
indicated in columns ( 3) and (4) of the said Table
