Appointment of Adjudication Authority

exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs
Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints
the Commissioner of Customs, Pune to act as Commissioner of Customs (Export
Promotion), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai - 400038, Commissioner of
Customs, Jawahar Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Post Uran, District Raigarh,
Maharashtra � 400707, Commissioner of Customs (Imports), New Custom House,
Ballard Estate, Mumbai � 400038 or as the case may be, Commissioner of
Customs, Air Cargo Complex Sahar, Andheri (E) Mumbai � 400099, for the purpose
of adjudication the matter relating to Show Cause Notices issued to M/s. Hoganas
India Limited, Pune and others as specified in column (2) of the Table below by
the authority referred to in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said
Table respectively, namely: -
