Notification No. 45/2020-Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI)

S.O. (E). - In pursuance of notification No. 60/2015-Customs (N.T.), published vide number
G.S.R. 453(E), dated 4thJune 2015 in Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary, Part-II, section 3, subsection (i), and as amended by notification No. 133/2015-Customs (N.T.), published vide number
G.S.R. 916(E) dated 30thNovember 2015 in Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary, Part-II, section 3,
sub-section (i), issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue,
under clause (a) of section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Principal Director
General, Revenue Intelligence, hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification No.
31/2020-Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI) dated 31.07.2020 published vide S.O. 2628(E) dated
06.08.2020 read with Notification No. 37/2020-Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI) dated 20.08.2020
published vide S.O. 2892(E) dated 27.08.2020.
In the Table to the said notification, against serial number 2, in column 2 and column 3, for the
existing entries, “Sri Ganesh Exime, Lakshmi Premises, Beside Sree Ganesh Industries,
Laxmipura Village, Challakere, Chitradurga-577522 and 4 others” and “F.No.
DRI/BZU/MRU/1/ENQ-03(INT-04)/2019 dated 22.05.2020 read with letter dated 26.07.2020”
shall be substituted respectively.
