Appointment of Commissioner of Customs to Adjudicate the Matter Specified

G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Director General (Vigilance), Mumbai "Pre-Revised- Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Kandla, to act as Commissioner of Customs , Nhava Sheva, Mumbai, Commissioner of Customs, Jamnagar and Commissioner of Customs, Goa ] for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Subhalaxmi Exports, Ahmedabad and Others issued vide F.No. DRI/AZU/INV-14/98-PT.V, dated the 19th August, 2003, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
