In terms Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.VIII/26/22/2011-DRI VIC dated 05.08.2013 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Chennai Zonal Unit, Chennai in the case of M/s Shyam Timber (P) Ltd. 232/1, New Nagori Plot, Near Galpadhar Road Corner, NH 8/A, Gandhidham-370201 and others to the Commissioner of Customs (Muland CFS & General), Mumbai for the purpose of adjudication.
