ORDER

In terms of Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.VIII/26/07/2009-DRIHRU dated 26.03.2011 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Chennai Zonal Unit, Chennai in the case of M/s Surya Lakshmi Cotton Mills Limited, 6th Floor, Surya Towers, 105, S.P. Road, Secunderabad and others, to the Commissioner of Customs & Central Excise, Nagpur Commissionerate, Telangkhedi Road, Civil Lines, Post Box No.81, Nagpur-440 001, for the purpose of adjudication.
