ORDER

In terms of Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.DRI/AZU/INV-45/2009 dated 03.11.2011 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad in the case of M/s Roshan Dyes and Intermediates Ltd., Ahmedabad and others, to the Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Nr. Akashvani, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad-380 009, for the purpose of adjudication.
