In terms of
Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as
amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52
of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI F.No. 152/ KOL/
APP/ 2010(Pt.)/ 493-504 dated 15.02.2012 issued by Additional Director General,
Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Kolkata Zonal Unit, Kolkata in the case of
M/s Agarwal Traders, Kolkata and others, to the Commissioner of Customs (Port),
15/1, Strand Road, Custom House, 2nd Floor, Kolkata, for the purpose of
adjudication.
