ORDER

In terms of Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No. VIII/26/221/2011-DRI dated 20.06.2012 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Chennai in the case of M/s Kobelco Construction Equipment India Pvt. Ltd., Ground Floor, World Trade Centre, Barakhamba Lane, New Delhi-110001, to the Commissioner of Customs (Seaport - Import), Custom House, Chennai for the purpose of adjudication.
