ORDER

In terms of Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/AZU/INV-47/2009 dated 14^th August, 2012 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad in the case of M/s Bodal Chemicals Ltd., Ahmedabad & others, Ahmedabad., to the Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad, for the purpose of adjudication.
