ORDER

In terms of Notification No. 15/2002-Customs(NT) dated 07.03-2002(as amended) issued under sub-section(1) of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI F.No.23 /57/2010-DZU/pt/2483-2498 dated 11.06.2012 issued by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, Delhi in the case of M/s H.Q. Lamps manufacturing Co., Plot No.73-75,Sector 6A, SIDCUL Industrial Area, Haridwar and others to the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Nhava Sheva, Post: Uran, District-Raigad, Maharashtra- 400707 for the purpose of adjudication.
