In terms of Notification No. 15/2002-Customs(NT) dated 07.03-2002(as amended) issued under sub-section(1) of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/MZU/F/09/2010 dated 20.09.2012 issued by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, in the case of M/s. Questnet Enterprises (India) Pvt. Ltd., The Rain Tree Place, 9th and 10th Floor, B Wing, # 7, McNicholos Road, Chetpet, Chennai and Others, to the Commissioner of Customs (Admin. & Airport) Kolkata for the purpose of adjudication.
