ORDER

In terms Notification No.15/2002 - Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 ( as amended) issued under sub - section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI F. No. 23/67/2010 - DZU dated 22.01.2013 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi in the case of M/s Sanjay Gupta and others to the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), New Custom House, Ballard Pier, Mumbai - 400001 for the purpose of adjudication.
