In terms Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issued under sub - section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No. VIII/26/193/2012 - DRI & VIII/48/31/2012 - DRI dated 04.03.2013 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence  Chennai Zonal Unit, Chennai in the case of M/s Itspossible Marketing Limited, G.No - 5, Shivaji Enclave, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi -110027 to the Commissioner of Customs, (Seaport - Imports), Custom House, Chennai for the purpose of adjudication.
