ORDER

In terms of Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.VIII/26/205,206&208/2012-DRI dated 05.10.2013 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Chennai Zonal Unit, Chennai in the case of M/s Health Code (India) Pvt. Ltd., Chennai, M/s Health Care Impex Chennai and M/s Health Impex (India) Private Limited Coimbatore to the Commissioner of Customs, Airport and Air Cargo), New Custom House, Meenambakkam, Chennai for the purpose of adjudication.
