Notification No. 16/2014-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the 07^th March, 2014

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax, CGO Complex-II, Kamla Nagar, Ghaziabad-201002 to act as the Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

1. the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi;
   
2. the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs, (I and G) New Custom House, Near IGI Airport, New Delhi ; and
   
3. the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax, CGO Complex-II, Kamla Nagar, Ghaziabad-201002,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s K.S.Worth International, RZ-398-B/21, Tughlakabad Extension, New Delhi -110019 and others issued vide DRI F.No.23/90/2009-DZU/1596-1607 dated the 10^th April, 2012 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
