Notification No. 59/2014-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, 8^th August, 2014

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Export), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Raigad Maharashtra to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

1. the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Exports), Office of the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Raigad Maharashtra;
   
2. the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Office of the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Custom House, 60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai;
   
3. the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Near Balaji Temple, Kandla ; and
   
4. the Additional Commissioner of Customs, incharge Inland Container Depot, Khodiyar (earlier Inland Container Depot, Sabarmati), Custom House, Near All India Radio, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad-380009,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Thakur Impex, Block, 2473 & 2474, Kohinoor Textile Market, Ring Road, Surat-395002 and others issued vide F.No.DRI/MZU/F/12/2010, dated the 6^th March, 2014 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
