Notification No. 63/2014-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, 8^th August, 2014

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

1. the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad;
   
2. the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Mundra;
   
3. the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Kandla,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Gupta Wood Products, RZ-5, Khasra No.74/1/28, Rajdhani Park, Rohtak Road, Nangloi, Delhi- 110041 and others issued, vide F.No.VIII/26/39/2013-DRI VIC dated the 15^th May, 2014 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Hyderabad Regional Unit, Hyderabad.
