Notification No. 65/2014-Customs (N.T.)

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri, Mumbai to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

(i) the Additional Commissioner or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri, Mumbai;
(ii ) the Additional Commissioner or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri, Mumbai,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to Shree Krishna Exports, CC 1180-A, 1^st Floor, Bharat Diamond Bourse, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai-400051 vide F.No. DRI/AZU/GI-2/ENQ-10(INT-5/13)/2014 dated the 20^th June, 2014 issued by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad-380007.
