Notification No. 105/2015-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, the 3^rd November, 2015

S.O. (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Office of the Commissioner of Customs (Port), Chennai-II Custom House, 60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

1. the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import), Custom House, 60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai;
   
2. the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs, (Port-Import), Inland Container Depot, Whitefield, Bangalore-560066,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Master Mining Equipment, 1^st C Main Road, 3rd Cross, 2^nd Phase, Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore-560058 issued vide DRI F.No. VIII/26/12/2013-DRI-HRU (A), dated the 6^th June, 2014 by the Deputy Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Regional Unit, Hyderabad, read with the Corrigendum dated 22^nd August, 2014 to the Show Cause Notice, dated the 6^th June, 2014 issued by the Deputy Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Regional Unit, Hyderabad.
