New Delhi, the 24^th November, 2015

S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva-I, Nhava Sheva, Taluka-Uran, District-Raigad, Maharashtra to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

1. the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Taluka-Uran, District-Raigad, Maharashtra-400707;
   
2. the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri(E), Mumbai-400099;
   
3. the Commissioner of Customs (Sea Port-Imports), Custom House,60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai-600001,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s. Komatsu India Private Limited, Industrial Park, Growth Centre, Oragadam, Thenneri (via), Kanchipuram District, Tamilnadu issued vide Show Cause Notice number VIII/26/12/2011-HRU, dated 26^th March,2015 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Hyderabad.
