ORDER

In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No.15/2002 (NT) dated 7/03/2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F. No. 856 (27)LDH/2007/Part-VII dated 27.02.2009 issued by the Additional Director General, DRI Zonal Unit, New Delhi in case of M/s. Atam Fibers, Ludhiana & others, to the Commissioner of Customs, Amritsar for adjudication.
