Public Notice No. 9 dated 20th May 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export & Import Policy, 1997 -2002, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule 2 Appendix 1 of the book titled �ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 1997 -2002,
2. The following entry shall be added as S.No. 35 in the Schedule 2 Appendix 1 of the book titled "ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 1997-2002":

"35. Bones and bone products (excluding bone meal), horn and horn products (excluding horn meal) and hooves and hoof products (excluding hoof meal) when exported to the European Union.
|
Export allowed subject to production of a certificate from Chemicals and Allied Products Export Promotion Council (CAPEXIL) regarding production process Followed by establishment of production in respect of the exported items.
