CBEC notifies Vadinar in Gujarat as port for import/export goods
|
S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94 (N.T.)-CUSTOMS, dated the 21st November, 1994, S.O. 829(E), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-
In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 5, relating to Gujarat, in column 3, against item (28) relating to Vadinar, for the entry in column (4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods.".
