NOTIFICATION
S.O. 2069(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 4 of the
Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) read with rule 8 of the Special
Economic
Zones Rules, 2006 and after the grant of the letter of approval on the 27th
June, 2006
under sub section (10) of section 3 to M/s. CMC Limited for setting up of a
Special
Economic Zone for information technology and/or information technology enabled
services, the Central Government, on being satisfied that the requirements under
subsection
(8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled,
hereby
notifies the following area of 20.59 hectares of land at Village Gachibowli,
Rajendra
Nagar Taluk, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad in the State of Andhra Pradesh
comprising of the survey number and area given below in the table, with the
Physical
boundaries as hereunder, as Special Economic Zone, namely:-
