CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, Dated the 01st April, 2016
G.S.R (E).- In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Finance (Department of Revenue),
No.43/2016- Customs(N.T.), dated the 31st
March, 2016 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-
3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R.378(E), dated the 31st March, 2016, the
expression “tourist of Indian origin” appearing in the first proviso to Rule 3,
shall be read as “tourist of foreign origin”.
