In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.5/2006-Central Excise (N.T.) dated the 14th March, 2006 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 156(E), dated the 14th March, 2006, at page 12, in line 13, for 'against goods exported', read 'against goods and taxable services exported'.
