Notification No. 60 /2003 - Customs (N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76 A of the Customs Act, 1962
( 52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby specifies Sitapura Special Economic
Zone at Jaipur in the State of Rajasthan as a “special economic zone”.
- This notification shall come into force on the 15th day of August,
2003.
Explanation. - For the purposes of this notification, “Sitapura Special
Economic Zone” means the Sitapura Special Economic Zone at Jaipur comprising of
the places bearing the survey numbers in the specified villages and district in
the State of Rajasthan and having area as specified below, namely:-
