New Delhi, the 31st December 2020

S.O. 4794(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992) and in supersession of the earlier Notifications mentioned below, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers specified in column 2 of the table below, with reference to the limits specified against such officers in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the Table below, for the purposes of exercising powers under Section 13, read with section 11 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, namely:-

5. Development Commissioner, Special economic Zones Without limit in respect of Export Oriented Units and units in Special Economic Zones
6. Designated Officer, Department of Electronics & Information Technology Without limit in respect of units in Software Technology Parks (STPs) and Electronic Hardware Technology Parks (EHTPs).
