In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade
Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby authorizes the
agency as below to issue GSP Certificate and Certificate of Origin (Non
Preferential) under Appendix 2C & 2E:

2. Accordingly, name of .the above agency is added at Serial No.17 of
Appendix 2C [Agencies Authorized to issue GSP Certification] and at Serial No.15
(Delhi) of Appendix 2E [List of Agencies Authorized to issue Certificate of
Origin (Non-Preferential)] of Appendices & Aayat Niryat Forms of FTP 2015-2020.
3. Effect of this Public Notice:
Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority
(APEDA), is enlisted under Appendix 2C and Appendix 2E of FTP, 2015-2020 for
issuing GSP certificate and Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential).
