Exclusion from the Second Schedule to the
Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 -
"The Ganesh Bank of Kurundwad Ltd"
We advise that the name of "The Ganesh Bank of Kurundwad Ltd" has been excluded from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 with effect from 21st October 2006, i.e. the date on which the relative notification DBOD. No. PSBD. 2915/16.01.103 /2006-07 dated 26th September 2006 was published in the Gazette of India (Part III - Section 4).
