Public Notice No. 8 dated 6th May 1997
Attention is invited to Annexure III of the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 4(PN)/ 97-02 dated the 31st March, 1997 which contains the list of the prestigious film journals notified from time to time, by the Ministry of Informa1ion and Broadcasting, Government of India. In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies that the Annexure III of the Public Notice No. 4 (PN)/ 97-02 dated the 31st March, 1997 may be substituted by the following:
Annexure -III
The list of film journals notified by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting under their Public Notice No.1 05/ 4/ 92-F(I) dated the 5th February, 1996 as further amended by their Public Notice No. 10514192-F(I) dated the 24th July, 1996 for the purposes of import of feature films and video rights of feature films.
