Attention is invited to the entry at Code No. 1001(b) in Table B of Schedule 2 and Sl. No. 12(ii) of Appendix-I to Schedule 2 in the book titled �ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 1997-2002� (incorporating amendments made upto 31^st August, 1998) and as amended from time to time specifying the terms and conditions for export of items indicated therein.

2.������� In exercise of the powers conferred under Para 4.11 of the Export & Import Policy, 1997-2002, (incorporating amendments made upto 31^st March, 2000) and as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade further specifies the quantitative ceiling on export of Coarse grains for the licensing year 2000-2001 as under: -

A further quantity of 50,000 MTs (Fifty Thousand MTs) of Coarse grains viz. �Grain and flour of Barely, Maize, Bajra, Ragi and Jowar (excluding Hybrid Jowar grown as Kharif crop)� is permitted to the exported. This quantity is placed at the disposal of APEDA for issue of Registration-cum-Allocation Certificate (RCACs) to the following agencies as indicated against each: -
