Public Notice No. 21 dated 17th July 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export & Import Policy, 1997-2002, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule 2 Appendix 1 of the book titled �ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 1997-2002.�
2. The entry against S.No. 2(viii) regarding export of Ephedrine/ Pseudo-ephedrine in the Schedule 2 Appendix 1 of the book titled �ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 1997-2002� (incorporating amendments made upto 31st August, 1998) shall be amended to read as under:
