Export of Niger Seeds
Notification No. 43 dated 24th

In exercise of powers
conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act,
1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Paragraph 1.3 and 4.11 of the Export and Import
Policy, 1997-2002 (incorporating amendments made upto 31.3.2001), the Central
Government hereby makes the following amendments in the �ITC (HS)
Classifications of Export and Import Items, 1997-2002 (incorporating amendments
made upto 31st August, 1998)� and as amended from time to time:
In respect of Code No.
1207 relating to Niger Seeds for export to USA in Table B of Schedule 2, the
name of the �National Dairy Development Board (NDDB)� appearing at S. No. 2
under Column 4 shall be substituted by � Dhara Vegetable Oil and Foods Company
Ltd., (DOFCO)�, at the same S. No. as one of the State Trading Enterprises for
export of Niger Seeds to USA.
