Public Notice No. 23/2015-2020

New Delhi, dated the 1^st September, 2017

Subject:- Export of preferential quota sugar to USA under TRQ quota.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraphs 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the Public Notice No. 52/2015-20 dated 30^th Dec, 2016:

“The last date of export of 8424 MTs (Eight thousand four hundred and twenty four metric tons) raw sugar to USA under TRQ for the US fiscal year 2017 (October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017) is extended till 31^st Oct, 2017”.

2. All other terms and conditions notified vide Public Notice No. 52/2015-20 dated 30^th Dec, 2016 will be applicable.

3. Effect of this Public Notice:

The last date of export of raw sugar to USA under TRQ quota for the US fiscal year 2017 (October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017) has been extended till 31^st Oct, 2017.
