Public Notice No. 22/2015-2020

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby relaxes the provision as in Para 2.62 (I) of Handbook of Procedure, 2015-20 as under:

"The time limit for submitting completed applications in ANF-2M for allocation of Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) on Maize is extended till 8^th August, 2016."

2. Accordingly, all eligible entities (State Trading Enterprises-STEs) desirous of availing quota to import 5,00,000 metric tons of Maize(Corn) for the year 2016-17 under Para 2.60 of HBP, 2015-20 may submit their application in ANF 2M to DGFT, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi - 110011 along with prescribed documents and fees on or before 8^th August, 2016.

Effect of this Public Notice: The date for filing applications by STEs for TRQ on Maize for FY 2016-17 is extended till 8^th August, 2016.
